Experience & Training

Cass Hayward has an Institution of Civil Engineer’s approved training scheme for Graduate Engineers seeking Chartered status. All engineers are encouraged to be involved in the activities of ICE and IStructE.

Cass Hayward prefers trainee graduates to gain site experience through exchange schemes with our Contractor clients.

Students

Civil Engineering undergraduates are offered vacation appointments for early career experience.
